Fencing plans must be submitted to the Architectural Coordinator. Fencing and gates may NOT be altered or removed under any circumstances. Alternative fencing specifications are not permitted.

Corner-lot rules

Rear-yard fence material dictates side-yard requirements: chain link or wrought iron rear → must use black chain link or wrought iron side. Wood privacy permitted between two homes but not past back wall.

  • Vegetation encouraged for privacy and dog-run screening.
