This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs your use of the MCC Systems OS platform. By using the Service, you agree to comply with this policy. Violation of this AUP may result in suspension or termination of your account.

As an account holder, you are responsible for:
The Service includes GPS and location tracking features for time clock verification, fleet management, and route optimization. If you enable these features, you are responsible for: (a) obtaining informed consent from employees before enabling tracking; (b) clearly communicating what data is collected and how it is used; (c) limiting tracking to working hours only; and (d) complying with applicable employment and privacy laws regarding employee monitoring.
When using the Service's SMS, email, or push notification features, you must comply with Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL) and any applicable laws. This includes obtaining proper consent before sending commercial electronic messages and providing a functioning unsubscribe mechanism. See our CASL Compliance Guide for details.
You agree not to use the Service in a manner that could impair its performance or availability for other users. This includes excessive API calls, bulk data operations outside of designated tools, or automated processes that create unreasonable load on our systems. Rate limits and usage thresholds are defined in your subscription plan.
MCC Systems reserves the right to investigate suspected violations of this AUP. If a violation is confirmed, we may: (a) issue a warning; (b) temporarily suspend access; (c) permanently terminate the account; or (d) take legal action if warranted. We will endeavor to provide notice before taking action except in cases of imminent harm or legal obligation.
